The service we offer to our clients is split into two areas being direct lending and commercial mortgage broking.


We are able to offer via our sister companies and related organisations, short term loan facilities. All loans are secured on property, either residential or commercial, vacant, investment or owner-occupier. We can also lend for the assembly of development sites and on pre-planning situations. The loans range from a minimum of about £30,000 up to £3 million +. The term of such loans can be from as little as one month up to twelve months. Our pricing will always be competitive and will be detailed to the client at the outset. We do not charge up front arrangement fees.

Commercial Mortgage Broking

This service is offered to property investors, personal pension funds and owner-occupiers requiring long-term finance. With our knowledge of the marketplace and ongoing research, we source for customers competitive financial packages for the purchase or refinance of residential investment property, commercial investments such as shops, offices and industrial units as well as owner occupied premises. We also arrange development finance for residential and commercial schemes, with mezzanine facilities possible for certain projects. Interest rates can start at circa 2.5% over cost of funds. A success fee is charged for this service. No up front fees are charged.
